"People are going to talk about Iran, but if it's a distraction from the real issue, that's fine. I've had it handled all the time — Russia, I'm hoping, can handle it," Royce told reporters.
While it's likely Democrats will continue to push back on Republicans the GOP's push to repeal Affordable Care Act, they might find it easier to make progress on pressing legislative issues such as Russia and Iran by focusing on for the next month.
